Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We offer store credit only. ALL PROGRAMS ARE FINAL SALES. If you have a return please fill out a return form, at the bottom of the website.

• You have 14 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return.

• To complete your return, we require a packing slip or proof of purchase. You are only allowed one credit. Once issued a store credit, that item is now final sale. Once your item is received we will inspect and notify you if your item has been approved or denied.

• Please return it in the way you received it, with original packaging, with all tags attached. If it’s not in original packaging, your return will be denied, and your item(s) will be returned back to you. Please No STAINS of any sort on items.

• Shortly after we receive your return, you will receive a store credit via email if your item(s) have been approved. If your order is denied we will notify you as well.

• Please note the following exceptions to our return policy: Discounted items are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged

Please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive, although it can take longer depending on the specific shipping carrier and the destination or Holiday. 

Please note, observed US holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply.

 

All packages are shipped via USPS. A signature is not required upon delivery. Your billing and shipping address must be in the United States and its Territories.

 

Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.
